Project context
A family Haussmann property in a prestigious area of the Plaine Monceau, unoccupied for several years and run down. The owner wanted to position this apartment on the premium furnished-rental market, requiring impeccable finishes, optimised energy performance and enhanced architectural charm.

Complete owner’s representation (AMO): definition of the rental specification, competitive tendering across all trades, technical analysis of the quotes, synchronisation of the craftsmen (plasterers, joiners, floor layers, electricians), strict budget monitoring and support with interior styling.
Key constraints
A cut-stone building with very strict co-ownership rules (no touching the load-bearing structures, preservation of the technical shafts, absolute respect for the residents’ quiet). Invisible air conditioning had to be integrated and the electrical networks fully renewed without altering the mouldings and picture rails.
Solutions delivered
Faithful restoration of the period ornaments: sanding and eco-friendly varnishing of the herringbone parquet, refurbishment of the gilding on the large period overmantel, discreet integration of the light fittings in the perimeter false ceilings, and furniture with clean lines creating an elegant dialogue between classicism and modernity.
