Full renovation of a Parisian apartment requiring a functional redistribution of the rooms, a complete upgrade of the technical networks and the creation of warm, bright atmospheres.
EKSY Conseil’s mission
Owner’s representation (AMO), framing the works programme, tendering and selecting qualified contractors, reviewing quotations, weekly worksite monitoring and control, colour harmonies and decoration sourcing.
Key constraints
A Parisian building with co-ownership constraints (managing the drainage of the wet rooms, respecting worksite hours and protecting the common areas), a budget controlled to the euro and a strict execution schedule.
Solutions delivered
Design of a contemporary bathroom combining water-green zellige tiles with an arched backlit mirror, creation of a cocooning bedroom in ochre and terracotta tones, and a constant on-site presence to resolve technical surprises without extra cost.
