All these services are offered based on an estimate, with prices established according to the specific mission. We offer a flexible approach to meet the individual needs of each client. Prices can be determined according to the following options:

Consulting and project analysis for renovation: We offer an hourly rate of €180 (including 20% VAT).
Property search for acquisition: Prices start at €1,800 (including 20% VAT), depending on the mission.
Custom package: For specific missions, we can provide a personalized package based on the complexity and scope of the project.

REAL ESTATE PROJECT CONSULTING: BUYING ASSISTANCE, PROJECT MANAGEMENT.

Comprehensive mission (percentage-based): A complete mission is billed at 7% to 10% of the total project cost, including renovation work.
Pre-project consulting, site supervision, and coordination: We provide advice and act as an interface with the project managers involved in the renovation.
Space planning and decoration consulting: For interior design, decoration, and furniture selection services, we charge an hourly rate of €180 (including 20% VAT).
Tailored package for complete projects: For full-scale projects, we offer a custom package that includes design, renovation work, space planning, and decoration.
