Project context
A reception apartment purchased in the Passy district (Paris 16th), requiring a full renovation after purchase. The buyers wanted to restore the old architectural charm (marble fireplace, solid oak flooring, cornices) while creating a contemporary, warm living environment optimised for everyday life.

Project management and owner’s representation (AMO): technical analysis of the building’s constraints, selection of highly qualified craftsmen (artisan joiners, electricians, flooring specialists), strict control of quotations to guarantee no budget overruns, worksite coordination and interior styling.

A bourgeois Parisian co-ownership with strict requirements for absolute quiet and for preserving the common areas. Invisible bespoke storage had to be integrated without disturbing the symmetry of the period mouldings and overmantels.
